Founded in Durban in 2020 by Ross Thompson, Infinity Staff Global was created from a simple idea: UK recruitment agencies deserve a South African team they can genuinely trust, and South African professionals deserve careers they can be proud of.
For our UK clients, trust starts with knowing there are real people behind the service. A real team, a real office, a properly established business and people who understand recruitment because they have lived it. With over 25 years of recruitment experience, Ross Thompson is a trusted Director, who leverages his deep industry knowledge to connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities.
Ross entered recruitment driven by a passion for helping people and businesses succeed. He takes pride in building strong relationships, understanding both candidate aspirations and client needs, and guiding professionals toward roles where they can truly thrive. For Ross, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing the positive impact, a candidate growing in their career and a business achieving its goals through the strength of a well-matched hire.
Outside of recruitment, Ross has been a dedicated volunteer firefighter for nearly 30 years, reflecting his commitment to service and community.
