With 11 years of recruitment experience, Gerrit Van Der Westhuizen is a dedicated Recruitment Manager known for connecting businesses with the right talent while guiding individuals toward fulfilling career opportunities.

Holding a BCom degree in Human Resources, Gerrit discovered early on that his true passion lies in the recruitment side of HR. He thrives on the rewarding balance of helping businesses grow through effective talent placement and supporting candidates as they take the next steps in their professional journeys. What motivates him most is seeing the lasting impact of a well-matched hire—both for the individual and the organization.

Beyond recruitment, Gerrit is an avid carpenter, enjoying the creativity and precision that comes with working with his hands.
