How it works day to day:
Your team member works full time for you, 45 hours a week, in your working hours and on your systems. You set the work and manage them
day to day, just as you would anyone in your office. They use your email, your CRM and your ATS, so your data stays in your systems.
They are employed by us, not by you. We look after their contract, payroll, leave and HR on the ground in South Africa, and we supply and
set up their laptop. Leave is booked with us and you see it in advance, so there are no surprises. Our staff keep business-grade internet, a backup connection and at least four hours of backup power, as part of their employment contract.

We adhere to UK GDPR requirements and have robust Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and International Transfer Agreements (ITAs) in place to ensure data is handled securely when transferred across borders.
