We're on the lookout for kind, capable, and unflappable
humans to join our growing team in Shoalhaven, and the Illawarra. Your mission? Providing exceptional care and support to people who need a little extra help living their best lives. Spoiler alert: capes aren't provided, but sensible shoes are highly recommended.
Your Hero Duties Will Include:
- Providing personal care (showering, grooming, transfers — you know, the real MVP stuff)
- Helping with meals, meds, and a bit of cheeky banter
- Spotting and reporting any changes in wellbeing (because you're eagle-eyed like that)
- Being the calm in the chaos, even when someone's lost the TV remote... again
- At least 6 months experience as an AIN
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Nursing (your badge of honor)
- Valid First Aid & CPR (because safety first!)
- NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC (or willingness to get them)
- A driver's license and your own trusty vehicle
- A Police Check that clears you for superhero status
