Meet Ross, Executive Manager


Infinity Staff Global’s story began in 1999, driven by my personal passion for the construction industry. I’ve spent years working in and around construction, an industry that’s hands-on, high-stakes, and incredibly impactful. Watching projects come to life and knowing the hard work it takes to get them there has always resonated with me. There’s something deeply satisfying about being part of building the structures that define our communities and shape our cities’ skylines. When I started in construction, I learned firsthand how each role in a project—from labor to leadership—affects the success, safety, and quality of the outcome.


My years in the recruitment field made me realise that construction, like healthcare and manufacturing, faces unique challenges in staffing. Finding the right talent isn’t just about skill but about matching that skill to a project’s specific demands, the team’s culture, and the client’s goals. This understanding led me to launch Infinity Staff Global—initially under the name South Coast Recruitment—in 2014. Our objective was clear from the start: to build a recruitment service that truly “gets” the demands and culture of these industries and can respond to their needs with high-quality, dependable solutions.
